If you're not satisfied with WAVR, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date — for any reason. This applies to the Growth, Scale Pro, and Enterprise Core plans, billed monthly or annually.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle, which is the Merchant of Record for all orders. To request a refund, visit paddle.net and look up your purchase, or email us at Smartsystemsvending@gmail.com and we'll help.

Cancelling

You can cancel at any time. After cancelling, you keep access until the end of the period you paid for.
